We maintain a business contact register for B2B sales, customer relationship management, and advisory services. This includes:
Legitimate interest (EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We maintain business contact records for B2B sales and advisory services. All data subjects are business professionals contacted in their professional capacity.
Direct contact (meetings, calls, emails), public professional profiles, and referrals from mutual business contacts.
We use AI tools (Anthropic Claude) in our work. When business contact data is processed with AI tools, personal data is pseudonymised before processing — company names and person names are reduced to coded abbreviations. No identifiable personal data is transferred to AI service providers.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored in cloud storage (Google). AI processing uses pseudonymised data only.
Business contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 2 years after last contact. Data is reviewed annually.
