Most organizations start with AI strategy and then hope that competence catches up. It rarely does. The thing is that the organizations who move fastest just get people building. Once people have built agents, they have examples to work from. They can make better decisions about where to go next.
I built training tracks for engineers and business people, trained leaders personally, and developed internal trainers to carry the work forward. Leaders started building agents for their own work. What began in engineering spread into business functions.

I'm Antti Tevanlinna. I have done transformation work for 25 years at F-Secure, WithSecure, Neste, Posti Group and others. Currently I'm AI Transformation Lead at WithSecure. My training brings that experience to business builders through Agents 101 and to software engineers through Agentic Engineering 101.
