Most organizations start with AI strategy and then hope that competence catches up. It rarely does. The thing is that the organizations who move fastest just get people building. The strategy gets surprisingly sharp once people have actually touched the thing.
I built two training tracks at F-Secure. One for coders, one for business people. 200+ people building real agents. The thing that surprised even me is how the transformation just kind of happened once the competence was there.
The tools work. The models are more than capable. But what actually breaks is the organization itself. The politics, the resistance, the processes nobody wants to touch. I have done this for 25 years. The technology is really never the hard part.
Eight modules. You go from building your first agent all the way to agents building agents. Your data, your policies, your systems. Not toy examples. You keep everything.
Training gets people started. But what happens after the first cohort is the harder part. I know this part well. Change strategy labs, champions who carry it forward, mentoring through the messy middle. Whatever it takes to get things actually moving.
The platform landscape moves too fast for any person to track alone. This is a research system that does it continuously. Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic. The system itself is built with agents. Agents do the research, you drive the decisions. Deployed on your side. You keep it.
